What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items when you request a return within 14 days of the product arrival date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order processing
Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! We aim to ship out your purchase as soon as possible.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping to the Netherlands is usually 1-2 business days. Shipping carrier and shipping rates will be available at checkout.
Global shipping rates
We ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by shipping carrier and country of destination. This information will be available at checkout.
VAT and customs duties for non-EU customers
Please note, if you are a non-EU customer, you may be charged VAT and/or customs fees. These will not be charged at the time of purchase, rather you may be invoiced directly by our delivery partner once your order has shipped. Printed Sim Racing has no influence on these charges or rates.

Refund Policy

14-day return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@printedsimracing.com or send us a message through the contact page.
What happens next?
If your return is accepted, we’ll try to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@printedsimracing.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Product refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@printedsimracing.com.
Shipping refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless if the product was damaged upon reception or taken back under warranty.

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
